Our Refund Commitment

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your charge date and we will review your request fairly and promptly. We do not hide behind complex rules — if the Service did not work for you, we want to make it right.

All refunds are processed through Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 7-day eligibility window.

AI-Generated Content

ViralGuideAI is an AI-powered strategy tool. We do not guarantee that any generated strategy will result in viral reach, engagement, followers, or revenue. Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis that AI-generated content did not produce the desired social media outcome. The Service generates strategies — results depend on your execution, platform algorithms, and many other factors outside our control.

Your Statutory Rights Are Always Protected

Nothing in this policy overrides or limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country. If your local law provides stronger rights than those described here, those rights apply to you. We are committed to full compliance with consumer protection legislation worldwide.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve the vast majority of disputes fairly and quickly by email. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended and may complicate resolution. We want to help — reach out first.
